Terms of Service
π General
β’ The copyright on all works belongs to me.β’ Commissioner can use my commission for non-commercial purpose,
including: Repost on social media with credit "LIAN / @Lian_y0".
Using as pfp/banner/cover/etc.
Printing (small amount, in variety way) for personal use. <3β’ Customers can not:
Take away my credit, claim as your own artwork.
Trace, edit, reproduce or use for commercial purpose without paying royalties/commercial fee.
Use for AI generation and NFTs.β’ Please do not alter my work after commissioning.
After a commission is finished, only small changes are available.
Such as small coloring, incorrect color/detail.
Big changes, anything that I have to redraw completely will come with extra charge.β’ I may reject commission requests.
π Commercial use
β’ If the aim of the commission was to create any merchandise or promotional materials and anything in
a profitable way (both digital or physical form) it will be deemed as commercial use.(eg. use for novel covers, website banner/cover, branding, goods, assets and online websites like Youtube, Twitch, Shop, etc)β’ There will be a 100%-200% additional fees charged for commercial use.
π Payment Information
β’ Full payment is required once order is accepted. Payment via Paypal.β’ Payment plan can be discussed if preferred
(50% upfront (sketch) + 50% (final))β’ No refunds once payment is made.
π Credit & Watermark
β’ Watermark will be on every personal use artwork.
β’ I will be sharing the work publicly unless informed.
π IMPORTANT NOTICE
β’ By commissioning me you have agreed and understood all the terms and conditions written.
β’ If you were found violating the terms written (eg.uploading my work to ai generators, making profits
from a personal use artwork etc.) legal action will be taken.
